  • Once your booking is confirmed, a service technician is assigned, and the visit is scheduled as per your preferred time slot.
  • Customers are requested to ensure that someone is available at the service location during the scheduled visit.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit without any cancellation fee.
  • If cancellation is made after a technician has been dispatched, a minimum visit fee may apply to cover travel and diagnostic costs.
  • Cancellations must be made via phone or WhatsApp to our support team.

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • Bookings can be rescheduled once free of cost if requested at least 12 hours before the appointment time.
  • For urgent rescheduling (less than 12 hours), we will try to accommodate the request based on technician availability.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for advance payments made online or via bank transfer.
  • A full refund will be processed if:
    • The service is cancelled before technician dispatch, or
    • We are unable to provide service due to location or part unavailability.
  • Partial refunds (after deduction of visit charges or inspection fee) may apply if the technician has already visited the site.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.

6. No Refund Cases

No refund will be applicable if:

  • The customer is unavailable at the scheduled time.
  • The appliance is found to be beyond repair or requires replacement after inspection.
  • The service is refused after technician arrival.
  • The issue reoccurs due to misuse, negligence, or external factors (e.g., power fluctuations, water damage).

7. Quality and Warranty

  • Services provided are covered under a limited service warranty, as mentioned in your invoice or service receipt.
  • Warranty covers only the specific issue repaired, not unrelated or new problems that may occur later.
